About the Author
R. NARAYANASWAMY (PhD, UNSW, Sydney) was Professor of Finance and Accounting for nearly 35 years at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He was a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Business School and Osaka University. He has passed the Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, and Company Secretaries examinations and holds the ICAI's Diploma in Management Accountancy. Prof. Narayanaswamy has published in national and international journals, including Accounting Horizons, The British Accounting, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, The Journal of International Financial Management and Accounting, Research in Accounting Regulation, The International Journal of Accounting, and Accountancy.
